Jessica is a Cambria County native and graduate of Bishop Carroll Catholic High School, with deep roots in the local small business community through family-owned enterprises. She has supported entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and growing companies across a wide range of industries since 2017.

She has a strong background in both public service and private practice, having completed the prestigious Honors Legal Internship with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Office of General Counsel and Office of Equal Employment Opportunity), as well as internships with the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office and West Virginia University’s Office of General Counsel. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked in small boutique law firms- both local and national.

Her litigation and transactional experience complement each other, allowing her to support clients from all angles.

Jessica proudly serves on multiple nonprofit boards and uses her legal expertise to support values-based and community-centered initiatives. She earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, including a study abroad in trade law in Geneva, Switzerland, and holds a B.A. from Saint Francis University.

Most importantly, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Mitch, their 3 young children, and Border Collie.
